Terms and Conditions
Article 1 – Definitions
In these terms and conditions, the following definitions apply:
- Cooling-off Period: The period within which the consumer can exercise their right of withdrawal.
- Consumer: The natural person not acting in the exercise of a profession or business who enters into a distance contract with the entrepreneur.
- Day: Calendar day.
- Continuing Performance Contract: A distance contract relating to a series of products and/or services, with the delivery and/or purchase obligation spread over time.
- Durable Data Carrier: Any means that enables the consumer or entrepreneur to store information directed to them personally in a way that allows future consultation and unaltered reproduction of the stored information.
- Right of Withdrawal: The consumer’s option to withdraw from the distance contract within the cooling-off period.
- Entrepreneur: The natural or legal person who offers products and/or services to consumers at a distance.
- Distance Contract: An agreement concluded between the entrepreneur and the consumer within the framework of an organized system for the distance sale of products and/or services, exclusively using one or more means of remote communication until the conclusion of the contract.
- Means of Remote Communication: Means that can be used to conclude an agreement without the consumer and entrepreneur being physically present in the same space at the same time.
- General Terms and Conditions: These General Terms and Conditions of the entrepreneur.

Article 3 – Applicability
- These general terms and conditions apply to every offer from the entrepreneur and to every distance contract and orders between the entrepreneur and the consumer.
- Before concluding the distance contract, the text of these general terms and conditions will be made available to the consumer. If this is not reasonably possible, the entrepreneur will indicate before concluding the distance contract how the general terms and conditions can be viewed, and that they will be sent to the consumer free of charge upon request.
- If the distance contract is concluded electronically, the text of these general terms and conditions may, by way of exception to the previous paragraph, be made available to the consumer electronically in such a way that the consumer can easily store them on a durable data carrier.
- In the event that specific product or service conditions also apply in addition to these general terms and conditions, the provisions of the second and third paragraphs will apply, and the consumer may rely on the most favorable provision for them in case of conflicting conditions.
Article 4 – The Offer
- If an offer is valid for a limited period or is subject to conditions, this will be explicitly stated in the offer.
- The offer is non-binding. The entrepreneur reserves the right to modify and adapt the offer.
- The offer contains a complete and accurate description of the offered products and/or services. The description is sufficiently detailed to allow a proper assessment of the offer by the consumer. If the entrepreneur uses images, these are a true representation of the products and/or services offered. Obvious errors or mistakes in the offer do not bind the entrepreneur.
Article 5 – The Agreement
- The agreement is concluded at the moment of acceptance of the offer by the consumer and compliance with the associated conditions.
- If the consumer has accepted the offer electronically, the entrepreneur will immediately confirm receipt of the acceptance electronically.
Article 6 – Right of Withdrawal
- When purchasing products, the consumer has the right to dissolve the agreement without stating reasons within 14 days. This cooling-off period starts on the day after receiving the product by the consumer or a third party designated by the consumer.
Article 7 – Costs in Case of Withdrawal
- If the consumer exercises their right of withdrawal, the costs of returning the products will be borne by the consumer.
- If the consumer has paid an amount, the entrepreneur will refund this amount as soon as possible, but no later than 14 days after the withdrawal.
Article 8 – Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal
- The entrepreneur can exclude the consumer’s right of withdrawal for the following products, provided this is clearly stated in the offer:
- Products created according to consumer specifications.
- Products of a personal nature.
- Products that cannot be returned due to their nature.
- Sealed products that are unsuitable for return for health or hygiene reasons and whose seal has been broken.
Article 9 – Price
- During the validity period stated in the offer, the prices of the offered products and/or services will not be increased, except for changes in VAT rates.
Article 10 – Conformity and Guarantee
- The entrepreneur guarantees that the products and/or services comply with the agreement, the specifications stated in the offer, and reasonable requirements of reliability and usability.
Article 11 – Delivery and Execution
- The entrepreneur will exercise the utmost care when receiving and executing product orders.
- Delivery will take place at the address provided by the consumer.
Article 12 – Payment
- Unless otherwise agreed, the amounts owed by the consumer must be paid within seven days after the start of the cooling-off period.
Article 13 – Complaints
- Complaints about the performance of the agreement must be submitted to the entrepreneur within seven days after the consumer has identified the shortcomings.
Article 14 – Disputes
- Agreements between the entrepreneur and the consumer to which these general terms and conditions apply are governed exclusively by Dutch law.
